Walden Baxter

Baxter is a native of Abingdon, VA. This is Baxter's second season with Southern Appalachian Dance Collective and first as a performing artist. She has previously trained with Highlands Center for Ballet Arts and the Bristol Ballet Company and is currently studying dance at Radford University. Some of her favorite roles include the Sapphire Fairy in 'The Sleeping Beauty', the Tiger in 'Aladdin', Cobweb in 'A Midsummer Night's Dream', and Soldier Doll and Marzipan in 'The Nutcracker'. "My time with SADC has been amazing! Each dancer has welcomed me and helped me grow as a dancer and person. I'm excited for a great season!"
